The lecture entitled “Research Methods in Social Sciences,” organized by the Academic Writing Application and Research Center of Fırat University, was successfully held on February 11, 2026, at the Bahattin Ögel Conference Hall with strong participation.

Delivered by Prof. Dr. Sezgin Demir, the event addressed the theoretical foundations of research methods in the social sciences, current methodological approaches, and practical applications. The importance of methodological rigor in academic research was emphasized, and valuable insights were shared particularly regarding research design, data collection, and data analysis processes for graduate students.

The event provided a productive academic exchange environment between faculty members and graduate students. During the Q&A session, participants engaged in in-depth discussions, further enriching methodological perspectives and fostering scholarly dialogue.
